Fusion Cuisine Fail Translation: Wasabi-flavoured Kit Kat. Verdict: Mildy disturbing, equally edible. It definitely tasted weird, but it wasn't at the level when I would stop eating it. Would I ever eat it again? All signs point to no.

McFalafel'd I resisted the urge the other day. Since New Year's, I was fixated on the concept of shoving a Filet O Fish into my face and nearly hellbent on doing so the next opportunity I had. I overcame it though... With this!! This is falafel v2.0 for me. The first attempt at making an egg-less, non-deep-fried falafel turned up dry (no pun intended), so I thought I'd give it another whirl. First off, I hand mashed the chickpeas with garlic and dill. Then tossed them onto a dry, non-stick pan. This proved to go quite awesomely! Put it on top of a Greek salad, homemade tzaziki, and pita bread and wow... You'd think I was Mediterranean!
