Death in Bloom
Actually we’re closer to 8
USA is absolutely at 8 verging on 9 with it’s elimination of the sick and poor with healthcare only for the rich and has been for a while. You guys have no idea how the rest of the world looks at your health care system and weeps. The holocaust legally began with Aktion T4 which was justified as the clearing of hospital beds for those “worthy of life” by getting rid of those deemed “unworthy of life” who were “granted mercy death”: the disabled, chronically ill, the mentally ill, downs syndrome, autists (aspergers gets it’s name from those ‘saved’ by Dr Asperger for being savant) and anyone they deemed mentally deficient including dyslexics, ADHD, deaf people… it was actually a way of setting up both public opinion in favour of “purifying” the population and getting extermination in the law by using people who’s absence wouldn’t be noticed by many and already considered ‘burdens’. Once it was enshrined in law, that “life unworthy of life” was to be exterminated, it was easy to deploy against jewish people as planned all along. Though many germans were told that the jewish people were merely being deported.

Gonna need y’all to hang on to that one.
Many asylum seekers are being deported to near-certain death in their country of origin.
We’re at 8 now. The government says this is perfectly acceptable, and is already taking people’s things because that’s an actual thing a cop can do. People are already dying in the concentration camps. We don’t know how many were just shot to death while crossing the border. How do you count people who don’t “exist” in our country?
The trees at Slope Point look like they’re being permanently blown over by strong gusts of wind - because they usually are.
The winds at the southern tip of New Zealand’s South Island are so fierce that the trees sheep farmers plant to protect their flocks end up growing sideways from getting blown over so often.

in the mood to wake up in an old little cottage…. large warm quilts covering me and the person i love…. the windows touched by early morning frost and the world is pink and sleepy outside… i open the creaky door to see pine needles covering the ground, my garden sticky with chilly dew… im drinking hot chocolate and i have not a single worry.
I do not merely daydream, It doesn’t just go away, I live there, I live in those dreamy states, my permanent residency is those. very. daydreams. My natural breathing space is those daydreams. Nothing will change that and I love it.
