Nobody understands what I go through mentally. I have no one to talk about my feelings with. I keep everything bottled up and it’s really starting to take a toll on me. I’m in a very dark place and I can't escape it. I just started working out today and I’m hoping this gives me a peace of mind. Everything else just mentally drains me.
