OUTSIDE

THIRTIETH ANNIVERSARY

The phenomenal 1. Outside was first released 30 years ago today, 25th September 1995.

Algeria Touchshriek, Nathan Adler, Ramona A. Stone, Baby Grace Blue, Leon Blank and the Acolyte

Produced by Bowie, Eno and David Richards and featuring a plethora of intriguing characters, 1. Outside aka The Nathan Adler Diaries: A Hyper-cycle was Bowie's 20th studio album and is generally regarded as (really) Bowie's best album since Scary Monsters fifteen years before.

It would be nice if, thirty years on, Eno would choose this time to finally release the sequel, 2. Contamination, from the 30 hours of material that exists in the vaults.

Some of this archive material has been leaked and released in bootleg form as Leon, Wishful Beginnings, Something Really Fishy etc.

Such a good album! ❤️💕 It's so criminally underrated, and it definitely deserves alot more recognition. I really love that he focuses more on the art of storytelling and the characters in these songs. ❤️ David Bowie was a creative genius!
