My Favorite Thing About Frozen (SPOILERS)
There were so many great things about Frozen. The music, the story, the relationships, the humor, the Scandinavian influences. But the thing I loved the most was the character of Anna. Anna is a great role model for young girls, but also a person they can relate to. She wants to be graceful and beautiful, but in reality she’s quite clumsy and kind of awkward. She wants to be confident and tries to seem confident, but really she’s not quite sure what to do. But that doesn’t stop her from trying her hardest with a great attitude! She wants to find true love, but ends up falling for the totally wrong guy, and she doesn’t realize it until she gets hurt.
I love that Disney created a character with such clear, relatable flaws, but who is still so lovable and beautiful. I think they are really trying to change the way girls perceive themselves and each other, and I love that.

Love this.
Let’s just go see Frozen again.

My first video game
Kyle Petty's No Fear Racing
My earliest memory of playing a video game includes me staring at a small cathode ray tube television with the accelerator down, smashing into walls without a care in the world. No fear.
What was your first video game?

I like starter pokémon. I feel like the designers put more effort into them.
I believe in a God who loves me and who answers prayer, but if my prayer is to feel his love for me and I don’t, how can I still believe?
The Psalmist writes, "Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart." (Ps 37:4). I've found this verse helpful in times like this, it reminds me that in order to truly receive the desires of our hearts, we must take delight in the Lord, some translations read "Delight yourselves;" either way it is in the imperative. Loving God is the first commandment, thus it is on you to do so. If you truly love God, you love him even when you don't feel His love.
Is it not possible that God would not want you to feel his love for you whenever you asked? That raises the question of why. Perhaps he wants your faith in him not to be based upon a feeling or an answered prayer, but on a right understanding and belief in Jesus, him crucified, buried, and resurrected. He did after all say, "A wicked and adulterous generation looks for a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah."
You phrase the question beautifully. You believe in a God who loves you and answers prayer. You pray to feel his love, but you don't. How can you still believe?
Peter writes, "Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls." (1 Peter 1:8-9)
If you don't feel joyful for having received the greatest gift ever, your salvation, then perhaps you do not have a right understanding of the inescapable depraved state you once were in or the unapproachable goodness and glory of the one who saved you from it.
I hope this helps in some way. I don't know how old your post was, I just found it when perusing hashtags.
