"Against All Wars, Against All Governments, Against All Oppression"

I had surgery 4 months ago and the recovery has been so up and down. Iâve managed to maintain my weight for most of this rollercoaster ride, but I need to focus now on continuing to reduce it.
my surgery is 33 days away.
Iâve been working so hard on my core strength and Iâve lost 9 cm off my stomach alone. Iâm determined to do everything in my control to make my recovery as easy as I can.
8 years old. College reading level. The weight of the world on my shoulders.
20 years old. illiterate. the weight of the universe has given me chronic back pain
Iâm going on a trip in April and will absolutely look my best for it x
i had a panic attack tonight, for the first time in months. fucking hell.
push yourself to get up before the rest of the world - start with 7am, then 6am, then 5:30am. go to the nearest hill with a big coat and a scarf and watch the sun rise.
push yourself to fall asleep earlier - start with 11pm, then 10pm, then 9pm. wake up in the morning feeling re-energized and comfortable.
get into the habit of cooking yourself a beautiful breakfast. fry tomatoes and mushrooms in real butter and garlic, fry an egg, slice up a fresh avocado and squirt way too much lemon on it. sit and eat it and do nothing else.
stretch. start by reaching for the sky as hard as you can, then trying to touch your toes. roll your head. stretch your fingers. stretch everything.
buy a 1L water bottle. start with pushing yourself to drink the whole thing in a day, then try drinking it twice.
buy a beautiful diary and a beautiful black pen. write down everything you do, including dinner dates, appointments, assignments, coffees, what you need to do that day. no detail is too small.
strip your bed of your sheets and empty your underwear draw into the washing machine. put a massive scoop of scented fabric softener in there and wash. make your bed in full.
organise your room. fold all your clothes (and bag what you donât want), clean your mirror, your laptop, vacuum the floor. light a beautiful candle.
have a luxurious shower with your favourite music playing. wash your hair, scrub your body, brush your teeth. lather your whole body in moisturiser, get familiar with the part between your toes, your inner thighs, the back of your neck.
push yourself to go for a walk. take your headphones, go to the beach and walk. smile at strangers walking the other way and be surprised how many smile back. bring your dog and observe the dogâs behaviour. realise you can learn from your dog.
message old friends with personal jokes. reminisce. suggest a catch up soon, even if you donât follow through. push yourself to follow through.
think long and hard about what interests you. crime? sex? boarding school? long-forgotten romance etiquette? find a book about it and read it. there is a book about literally everything.
become the person you would ideally fall in love with. let cars merge into your lane when driving. pay double for parking tickets and leave a second one in the machine. stick your tongue out at babies. compliment people on their cute clothes. challenge yourself to not ridicule anyone for a whole day. then two. then a week. walk with a straight posture. look people in the eye. ask people about their story. talk to acquaintances so they become friends.
lie in the sunshine. daydream about the life you would lead if failure wasnât a thing. open your eyes. take small steps to make it happen for you.
me after laying in bed for a week and a half straight starting at my phone: sorry just seeing this!
i have a Very Expensive Dress for a Very Important Event and
it doesnât fucking fit.
keep going from wanting to never eat again to wanting to order McDonaldâs đ
"People don't like you when you're sad. People don't like when you're breaking down and asking for help. People don't like it when you cry and say you've had enough. People don't want to be around people that are sad and I guess that's just the nature of people. So if you ever find someone that cares about you enough to stay during the bad times, keep them. They're rare, and a lot of us are searching for these kind of people right now."
â A reminder to appreciate those who stuck by you during your lowest moments.
SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE WHO STILL TRIES TO GET BACK INTO THE SWING OF THINGS AFTER DEPRESSION HIT THEM HARD. THERE ISNâT ENOUGH RECOGNITION FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO KNOW THAT THEYâRE GOING TO LOSE INTEREST AND MOTIVATION AGAIN BUT PUSH THEMSELVES TO DO STUFF ANYWAYS. YOU ARE FIGHTING A DAILY BATTLE WITH YOUR OWN THOUGHTS AND YOUâRE STILL COMING OUT ON TOP, YOUâRE ALL BRAVE AS FUCK
ok universe, iâm ready to feel good things. make me feel good things.
whenever i post this it works reblog if u want to feel good things & the universe will bring u something sweetÂ
You Are Loved You Are Loved You Are Loved You Are Loved You Are Loved You Are Loved You Are Loved You Are Loved You Are Loved You Are Loved You Are Loved You Are Loved You Are Loved
âIf youâre anorexic, why have i seen you eat? Youâre a normal weight too.â Reblog if this made you cringe.
I wish the person who I reblogged this from happiness, good eyebrows, and clear skin.
I can feel myself getting stronger. Most of these exercises are so easy to do now. I'm so excited to see how the end of the 30 days looks!
Have you started any challenges? How are you doing with them? It's okay if you've missed. Just jump in where you left off or start over!
Today has been weird. I've done alright with eating. Eh.... just kind of in the slumps about my appearance. But when am I not.
