- Milestone: 133 (last time I weighed myself during first recovery)
GW5: 130
◇UGW: 120◇
Extra: 110 / 100 / 95
My current system:
1. Fast for 20 hours in a row minimum before eating anything (my personal goal is 24 now)
2. Omad on something lowish cal. My latest favorites have been around 400-700 cal.
3. I cannot digest fat properly now, so I use this to my advantage! I will choose a meal/food item for my omad that I know will make me immediately sick. I sit in the bathroom for 30+ minutes usually, so I have to be methodical about when to do this. It keeps me pooping at least lol
- I really don't recommend this, but this is what I've been doing. I've been on lax for a long time, so now I don't need it to cause this. Its dangerous and you shouldn't intentionally do it unless you're constipated. Also drink so much water with electrolytes or a bunch of Gatorade. Gatorade calories don't count.
I've lost 15lbs in the last week and a half somehow, so I'm trying to keep the number going down.
My collected tips:
- take a multivitamin and magnesium daily.
- drink SO MUCH WATER. Fill your stomach and you won’t feel as hungry and many symptoms will be easier.
- keep ana on the mind. Watch ed YouTube compilations/videos, ed movies/tv shows, ed memes, tumblr, mpa forum, etc.
- Stay busy! Work extra, focus on hobbies, or sleep!
- lots of sleep!! Sleep helps you lose weight and lets your body recover from the day, especially if you aren’t getting enough nutrition.
- Walk! You don’t need to do a ton of exercise, just walk a lot. Especially if fasting, walk slowly and DON’T exercise. Regular hour/two long walks are good if not fasting though.
- don’t weigh yourself daily. Weekly at most. Your weight will fluctuate daily, even if you’re losing weight.
- remember the power you feel when you say no! Say no to food being offered, and relish how pros of yourself you feel.
- cravings/wanting to binge? Remember how sick those foods make you feel. How angry and sad you feel after eating them. Remember what foods do the opposite? What better choices do you have?
(Craving a burger? Sick and sad. Have carrots and hummus instead! You feel happy and proud and you can snack on them without guilt!)
(wanting a brownie/dessert/candy? Sick and sad. Try some sugar free jello or fruit and honey! You still get that sweet craving fulfilled, but you feel proud of yourself, happy, and not sick after eating!)
Remember that healthier foods actually make you feel better and happier and taste better!
Again, this is mostly just a resource post for myself, but feel free to use it lol
Thank you edblr for showing me the godly combination of greek yogurt on rice cakes, it is now one of my favorite meals and I can mix and match the flavors to keep it interesting
