The world is a very strange place right now, and a lot of us don’t get the social interactions we need and might feel lonely. I just wanted to say, that I see you and you are not alone. I feel it too. I don’t have a magic cure for feeling lonely. Sure we can do everything in our power to reach out and to be as social as possible, which we should, but being social right now is not the same as before the pandemic. So I think the way forward rather is to accept that these are uncertain times, and we should do what we can to help ourselves and the ones around us, but maybe we cannot completely stop this feeling of being lonely. We can try to dim it, but it may take some time for it to go away and that’s okay. You are valid, and it’s okay to feel this way. It’s hard, but you can weather this. 🌸
