Oh hi! Coming to tumblr to write an "open letter" for this specific post has done nothing more for me than pure undivided joy, happiness, exhilaration, wonder and all the possibilities ahead of us!
Being able to go back and listen to a young Taylor's voice again will now be something we CAN take for granted. Because all those tracks and pictures and videos, voice memos, letters, paintings are now home.
Revisiting all of this is truly a beautiful wonderful secret garden that has been chained and locked away for too long.
So thank you taylor for fighting for yourself and allowing us to follow you and support you no matter the different levels of hell you had to go through that we couldn't see. We blindly did it out of love and we will continue to do so for as long as you allow us to.
We are all so excited for everything looking forwards! Getting to hear a new version of debut's classics and timeless songs that most of us grew up with will be a hell of a ride and we can't wait to hop in!
And we all have been very very loud about reputation, we are aware, that never came out of a place of wanting to pressure you to get on it (at least not on my side or from friends I've traded bracelets with), it came from a place of wanting to listen to it guilt free without supporting... Well you know...! Reputation stands the test of time, it is aging like the finest wine, but most of us know how it has been an absolute banger from day one, it's perfect top to bottom! We really love it, and although those vault tracks are a curtain we wanna look behind, whatever you decide to do, and in whatever time it might come, it will be very wanted and loved!!!! For now we will finally be able to stream reputation again, guilt free, and we are incredibly thankful for it! Thank you!!!!
We are so lucky to have you with us, from the outside we can say there's a golden glow around you and everything you put out and do, this is what all of us ever wanted for you. Happiness is pouring out of every smile we get the chance to see and nothing feels better than that.
