I want to share my story I am in the process of creating. I hope to one day make it into a novel or manwha of sorts. I would love it of I could get some feedback on what I could improve on!^^

The factions and some backstory that I have so far about them.

Okay so like I said last post the siren faction includes the sirens, vampires, reptiles, and carnivore beast folk. The leader is obviously the sirens. I don't have any official names for each faction but they will have a proper name. I just suck at naming because I want to use old timey sounding names. If anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate it! The siren faction are the only ones that fought against the dragons in their conquest because well no one wants their homelands taken over. On the other hand the merfolk faction they all surrender and didn't fight back. Not only because it's what the merfolk royal family decided on but also because all the other in the faction acknowledged that they were to weak to fight against the dragons. It would just be useless and waste a lot of men power plus cause many casualties. Also the merfolk are the leaders of this faction.

The main reason why there are both factions starts many and I mean many years prior. Back in the day the merfolk and sirens didn't have any against each other but after an accident between the royal families the merfolk started hating the sirens. This caused any alliance they had with each other to whither away and become non existent. As the years passes the merfolk started spreading falsehoods about the sirens to make themselves look like the superior race between the two. The sirens never did anything to prove the lies wrong because so as time passed they became a very recluse race and all lies were believed to be true by those in the merfolk faction. The factions started because of the merfolk having the kingdoms choose either their kingdom or the sirens. Those who were easy to deceive choose to side with the merfolk. While those in the sirens faction didn't fully trust the merfolk and choose to stay out of it but slowly made alliances with the sirens and created the siren faction.

There is also the neutral faction which is he elves, fairies, and dragons. They all knew the truth and some parts of what actually happened but never saw any reason to get involved in all the drama. They are all neutral and didn't treat any of them any different and figured the kingdoms would solve their differences on their own. This also because these three believe themselves superior due to the power difference they hold against the other races. The tension between both faction then gets worse when the Ml makes the Mc his empress because it seemed as if he was choosing the siren faction side. Of course that isn't the case because the Ml could careless about the two factions and choose the Mc as his empress for his usefulness. He saw the Mc as a more useful to run the empire with rather than the mermaid princess.

But yea the reason why the two factions exist is because of some things that happened years ago between the two kingdoms and slowly as time went the other kingdoms started choosing sides. And the reason things don't get resolved is because the story of what happened between the two kingdoms has been altered to no recognition from the original reason.

Honestly I do have the story on what happened between the two kingdoms but I don't wanna to put it here because it feels like it could be it's own story also I'm fully sure if I really do what to go with what I have so far or change it a bit.

The Mc and Ml.

I'm just going give some information about the mc and the ml in this post and how their relationship is and how it changes throughout the story.

The Mc is a siren. He is the first born prince of the kingdom. He has a younger brother and sister. His name I'm honestly still not fully sure what it'll be I'm kinda bad at naming. (So if you have any ideas I would appreciate if) In this world all of these races have long life spans. They all have different lifespans depending on the race. The insects have the short with having a human standard life span. The ones that get the oldest are the elves, fairies, and vampires.(They are immortal) Then after that are the dragons, sirens, and merpeople they live for thousands of years. Lastly the avians, and both beast folk live for hundreds of years.

Okay going back to the Mc he is still young only being like 325yrs old. Of course if we translate that into human years he's an fully established adult. But in siren age he's still seen as a young adult but is treated with great respect for his wisdom. Looks wise I still an not to sure how I want him to look but I do got heights for all the different races. Just know they are huge like super huge.

Moving onto the Ml. He is a dragon and he is the newly appointed emperor. He is very power hungry and wanted to make their nation stronger. So he went around conquering every kingdom and tribe. The only ones he didn't try to conquer were the faries and elves because they are the strongest races of all. Also because both of these races live together in harmony and are the guardians of the world tree. So he had no chance at all.

The Mc and Ml relationship is complicated because they go from enemies to allies, and then they slowly start falling in love with each other but their relationship isn't really healthy even though they love each other. Their first meeting isn't the best because it's quite literally on their wedding day. And the Mc at this point hates the Ml for destroying his kingdom and for all the soldiers that died in battle.

Also another important thing there are 3 factions in this world. The neutral faction with the elves, fairies and dragons. Then their's the siren faction with the sirens being the leaders and their allies are the vampires, reptiles, and the carnivore beast folk. And then there is the merfolk faction with the merfolk as the leaders and their allies are the avians, insects, and herbivore beast folk.

Now with that out of the way the merman faction they all willing gave up their kingdoms to the dragons because the merfolk royal family thought it could give them more power. Also to make one of their daughters into the empress. (To add on the ml took a prince or princess as victory trophy from each kingdom, to add into his harem.) On the other hand the sirens faction they didn't give up that easily to the conquest and fought back but slowly they all one by one lost their battles. The sirens were the last to lose this interested the Ml a lot because the Mc was in the front line fighting along side their army. So as a reward of sort for holding out for so long (15years) he decided to make the Mc the empress and have him rule alongside him.

This obviously infuriated the merfolk royal family especially the princess that was sent to the harem because she really wanted to end up being empress. Also because she worked really hard to gain the Ml's favor only for the position she wanted be taken by her greatest enemy.

That's all I'll post for today. I'll make another post about the factions and how they work and give a bit of a backstory to why they exist. I'll make a lot of other posts that talk about each race individually too.(I can't wait for these^^)

Hey this is my first post and I hope whoever is reading this likes it!!^^

To start off I just want to say that this is a story idea I've been working on for 3-4yrs and I honestly want to share it and get feedback on how to improve it. I honestly am in need of some constructive criticism because I wish to make this in to a real novel and/or webcomic. Today I'll just share about some of the world.(a small outline of it) Also just to get this out of the way this is a BL and if you don't like it please ignore my post and leave no hate comments, thank you.(Sorry if I sound all over the place, these are just some basic ideas I'm sharing rn. I'll give more info in other posts!)

Okay so this world is one full of mythical creatures and magic. There are different races of mythical creature that have human forms, however humans aren't apart of this story. It doesn't take place in a modern era, it's in an ancient era with kingdoms, tribes and, empires.

There are 11 different races.

The sirens

The mermaids

The dragons

The elves

The fairies

The vampires

The avians

The carnivore beast folk

The herbivore beast folk

The reptiles

The insects

The sirens,mermaids,insects, vampires,fairies, and avians they are kingdoms.

The elves, reptile, and both beast folk are tribes.

And lastly the dragons were a kingdom that became an empire and is the only empire.

The Mc is a siren and the Ml is a dragon. To be more specific the Mc is the first born prince of the siren kingdom and oldest sibling. And the Ml is the new dragon emperor of the dragon empire, who also made it to an empire. He goes around and conquers all except the elven tribe and fairy kingdom. For reasons I will share in a different post.

Anyways I will leave at this and I'll make another post later with more details about the kingdoms and characters. I will make individual posts with information about the kingdoms and other important facts. Thank you to those who read it and I hope you keep up with me! 😁
