I used to use this and it was amazing! Iād never been so organised! I donāt have enough stuff going on right now to need it, but I would definitely recommend this!!
I don't have ADHD and I usually remember things but I dedicded to give this app a shot to help me manage my depression and anxiety. Stuff such as meditating, making a list of things I'm grateful about and making a list with positive things about myself. This app seems fairly helpful to break bad habits too, which I have many of.
