Thinking about the first time I came out to my parents when I was 14/15? they immediately were like “No.” 😔

And when I did it again as an adult they were like, “well yeah, we figured” 💀💀💀

Very interesting how adults don’t trust children to know who they are, yet expect children to trust adults unconditionally. And now that I’m an adult, they were like, okay, yeah this is a good age to come out.
