“You are ridiculous,” giggles the alien princess. She rests her head against his. “You know, it would be easier to kiss if you if you just fell on the floor instead,” she whispers.

@stellawonder​ said  "I heard a certain princess demands kisses? Well as a fellow princess I obviously cannot refuse such a request." is she gonna float up a bit so she doesn't have to look up to Kori when she kisses her? Maybe.” / Give Kori Kisses

“When am I not demanding kisses?” she responds. Her fingers reach out for the Amazon princess’s hand. “Days spent kisses are the best way to spend our days,” she coos, leaning nearer to her princess.

        ROY FEELS HAPPIER THAN HE has in a long time, and he knows that he owes that not only to kori, but also the circle of friends that surround the bonfire with them. he’s been allowed the time to recover, be sober, and return to vigilantism all while having a huge support system behind him. he knows that without them, he would probably be dead in an alley somewhere. so because of that, he feels particularly thankful tonight as he leans against kori, their feet dug into the sand. he smiles and shrugs, enjoying the warmth that her naturally higher temperature provides, because despite the nice weather, it’s still cool.

                     he squeezes her hand in return and sighs. “i want to experience it all with you kor,” he murmurs. roy looks up and leans in to kiss her softly. “how about we go for a walk along the water?” he asks as he stretches out and moves to stand. 

When he says stuff like that she feels normal, what she thinks her normal should have been. Her stomach fills with the feeling of butterflies flying all around in it, and her cheeks feel flushed and warm. Her vision clouds, only seeing Roy and the subtle hint of the campfire in the middle. Everyone else just fades away into the background, and it feels like a type of love she hasn’t had the chance to experience yet.

She gets up from the sand, using his hand as leverage to pull her from the shifting surface. “Of course.” She holds up her free hand and lets it emit a soft green light to light their path along the shore. “You don’t think everyone will miss us do you?” she smiles, “They’re all here for you after all.”
