          it didn’t take long for nathan to relax and continue his ( slow paced ) routine. swiping the now dripping cloth across his skin he leaned ( barely ) closer to the mirror to assure he’d wiped away what he could manage to leave only clean skin. sure– he was dragging it out more than entirely necessary in order to spend the short amount of time enjoying the feeling of gentle kisses across his back, eventually breathing a short laugh as a grin spread across previously pursed lips. using a separate cloth to dry his face, he hurried to quickly set it down and instead turn his attention back to the other who rested behind him.                               “ m’bein’ slow huh?? ” he breathed, grin spreading wider as he shook his head. “ y’er so damn impatient. ”

          nate returning to his routine elicited a small whine from orion, though he continued to pepper kisses across his back and shoulders. a sneaky hand trailed its way down to his boyfriend’s waistband. a few fingers slipped below it, more for warmth than anything-- his hands were too cold for his liking. he would just have to steal nate’s warmth until he was finished with his face and could stop him.

          a quite sigh escaped his lips as he tilted his read to rest it against the other’s shoulder blades. he let out a gentle hum when nate moved to dry his face.

        soft brown eyes trail up from his newly purchased book on greek mythology ( something his professor told him to check out. ) it was the only thing he had been doing since he bought the book from the store he worked at, meaning he was neglecting a certain ( adonis ) boyfriend.

          eyes squeezed shut as he lifted a hand, bringing a damp cloth up to his face to wipe away any remnants of the face mask he’d had on minutes prior. he jumped when he felt arms wrapping around his middle, standing straight as eyes flew open to look forward into the mirror to see who stood behind him. after several moments he released a harsh sigh, relaxing back into the grip and slowly returning to his previous task of washing his face.                               “ y’scared me, y’fuckin dick. ”

          ❝ m’sorry. ❞ orion muttered in reply, muffled by the the other’s shoulder blades that he had his face buried in.  ❝ i didn’t mean to startle you. you were taking too long. ❞

          pale arms wrap themselves tighter around the taller boy as he pressed light kisses to his shoulders in hopes it would make up for scaring him. ( he also hoped it would persuade nate to give orion kisses of his own. though, he would prefer a different location than the bathroom. )
