“ Oh you are trying to act anything but flustered. Just imagine if people knew you as well as I do Bastilla. you are flawed and because of that you are amazing. My amazing, prissy Jedi partner.” Revan said, amused with himself as he trailed off.

That wasn’t a sentiment that Bastila shared. Not the fact of her flaws - no, she knew her flaws all too well. What she failed to agree with was that her flaws could ever be anything positive. Her flaws were her failings, the sources of her shame. They weren’t amazing. They were terrible and if she didn’t keep them in check their entire mission was in jeoprady, not to mention Revan’s fate.

Yet here he was, dancing with fire.

“You really shouldn’t say things like that.” Bastila said, her voice quiet to avoid being overheard - though no one was paying particular attention to them, most distracted by their own lives and dances, “We’re Jedi. With that comes certain expectations.”
