Hi babe I’m so sorry I’m just seeing this !!

So the problem is a lot (most in fact) of my sims use a LOT of custom content so if I upload them to the gallery they won’t look the same when you download them and I know you’d want them to look right !!

I’d need some way to make the entire sim packaged with the custom content available to you. I know that people do this I personally just don’t know how😭

Lunar Layers

My first foray into CAS content, a collection of recolours, mesh edits and frankenmeshes of the base game clothing added with the 2019 Lunar New Year update.

Whilst I was aiming to make content that would fit into a Star Wars save (e.g. muted colours, natural materials, no visible zips/buttons/fastenings, etc.), the items are all fairly generic in nature so hopefully might be suitable for other situations as well - I'd love to see if anyone does find them useful!

Thirteen items, all Base Game compatible.

Each item has thirty swatches (twelve neutrals and eighteen muted colours).

Three adult tops (two for feminine-framed sims and one masculine).

Four items for child sims (three tops and one dress).

Four items for toddler sims (two tops and two dresses).

Two tops for infants (I'm not entirely happy with how the collar of the infant version of the tunic sits, but it's as good as I can get it!)

Quick S4S batchfix to most my tattoos - this isn't a proper fix, but hopefully should at least make them not glitch when selecting them! I hope to properly update/test them at a later date - got enough on my to-do list as is atm.

I also removed all special characters from the file names.

Princess Leia Hair Set: The Empire Strikes Back

This is part 2 of my mission to make all of Princess Leia’s hairstyles!

These are from the second film of the original trilogy. The first hair is what she wears on Hoth, the second while on Bespin and the third is from the final scene from the ship.

I've also made versions of the hairs with no strands at the front in case anyone preferred that look. I've put a preview for those at the bottom of the post.

Part 3 is in the works but will probably take a bit longer, and I've also started on Leia's hair when she appears in Rebels.

Beneath Two Suns

On a backwater planet, beneath two suns, a young man dreams of a life in a galaxy far, far away, where moisture farming becomes a distant memory, and high adventure awaits around every corner.

This build is my entry for Sim_Michele’s  Subterranean Home build challenge. You can find out more about the challenge here.  I actually started this build back in 2016, but never got around to finishing it, and with the new Star Wars pack coming out recently there was no longer any excuses not to finish it. (click on images for hi-res version)

You can find Beneath Two Suns in my SimDoughnut gallery (User ID: simdoughnut).  This NoCC Residential build sits on the 50x50 lot where the park is in Oasis Springs.  This subterranean desert home features 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms, and 3 powder rooms.  It also features a robotics/maker workshop, huge eat in kitchen, a large bar area, library, lounge, indoor garden, and sauna. I strongly recommend enabling the “bb.moveobjects on” cheat prior to placing this home in your game. I hope you have as much fun with this build, as I did creating it.

As a third commemorative gift, I present “the Mattock”, which are BGC hair(s), come in all ea base colors and have all LODs. They’re also hat compatible!

The Mattock is actually one hair of three variations which are all kind of different in their own right, but since they have the same essential elements, it’s all really the same hair. I just felt like the close shaved version needed a regular counterpart – and I couldn’t figure out which I liked better so I worked on and kept’em both :D

Not much else to say other than I hope you enjoy the hair. If there are any major issues, just flick me a message :)

To celebrate having survived the semester finals, I decided to quickly whip up a frankenmeshed hair :P I thought the hair base that came with one of the hairs in the bowling pack was pretty nifty and that it would work with the very versatile piece of hair from the GTW pack…

…and thus the Lancer was born!

It’s BGC, has all LODs, hat compatibility and all 18 EA-base colors. It’s been a while since I’ve posted CC, so I thought it’d be a good way to start the break :P

Here’s a new beard for your sim dudes, complete with a nice scruffy-looking (hand painted!) texture.  Might make a moustache-less version later. Enjoy!

A short, spikey hair with faded sides for your sim guys. 

There is a slight seam issue on the front of the hair that is unfixable at the moment. It is not noticable on darker colours, but it was too jarring on lighter colours for me to include them. So, to make up for the loss of the other EA colours, I’ve included several darker unnatural shades. Hope you enjoy.
