I started crying early morning around 3:30 or 4:00 am. My eyes opened and it was pin drop silence.

My brain immediately started telling me that's how it's going to be when you will have nobody to count on and call safe space for you.

I started playing something in my phone out of fear but it was not able to cover it.

So I just sat on my bed and literally started crying and speaking my thoughts out loud. And when I heard my words, my chest felt so heavy and I started crying even more.

But after doing that it made me feel like I accept me as I am and I felt very light crying for me.

I felt better.
