A bad fucking tinder date. Of course this would happen to her. After she’d finally found someone who swore that they didn’t know her, she was confronted with his need for pictures and autographs. After having told him he should have waited because he had a possibility of getting laid, which was a lie that would haunt him forever, she excused herself to the bathroom. However, rather than head down there, she took the first turn she could in an attempt to find an exit. “Fuck,” the woman grunted aloud when she found herself down a dead end. When footsteps echoed behind her, Ayla turned to peer at the person whom she guessed was either a customer or an employee of the bar/restaurant. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t be here but I need to be snuck out of this place without being seen. I’ll pay you accordingly for you help.” @newamericanastarters
Nearing the end of her meal, Stella’s sapphires hues danced through the dining room, while her plump lips skated across the rim of her wine glass. It was red and smelled delicious, but her attention was on another table. They seemed to be on a bad date, and as the other woman excused herself from the table so did Stella. She was concerned for the brunette’s well being and followed her into a dead end hallway with her heels tapping rhythmically against the hard floor the whole way. “Hey.. Do you need help?” Manicured brows knit together with worry, as she listened to the other’s frantic plea. “There’s a back way out. Through the kitchen.” Stella had used it a time or two when the paparazzi were waiting outside the restaurant's front entrance. “But we could also request that the maitre d' ask that man to leave? If he’s bothering you..”
nicki--kim
Nicki was so comfortable with flying that often she forgot others weren’t. She was used to flying from New York to South Korea to visit family since she was a little kid. Flights shorter than fourteen hours were a cake walk for her. “Oh wow. Only like half a year then? I’ve lived there my whole life. Are you liking it so far? I’ve only been to Boston for a visit, but it seems so different from New York. Different vibes.” There was the classic sort of rivalry between New York and Boston, but Nicki had liked the other city just fine. However, her father was a hardcore Yankees fan and would surely disown her for even thinking so.
"Yeah, since June. I knew I wanted to move for awhile before then, though.” Stella had been making music most of her life, and after music school she was anxious to continue her career. With a much different sound than before. New York brought opportunities to record and release an album of her own creation. No influence on the material but her own. She now wrote all her music and lyrics, a fact she took great pride in. “I love New York. I intend to stay.” Success had found Stella in many forms in the city; both in business and love. “I liked Boston while I was there for undergrad, but I grew up in D.C. Which I do not miss.” She laughed but meant it. If only because that’s still where her parents lived. “What do you love most about your home? What do I just have to do?”

Olivia was halfway in the apartment, gently warding Baby’s hopping with a light hand on his head. His nails clicked as he continued to bounce at her feet. Pudge rolled out of her arms, immediately threading a hellow through the doberman’s legs. She glanced to see if Stella had followed, smiling with ease as Stella considered what to say. Olivia was many things. Dumb wasn’t on the list despite what some liked to think. She saw Clement more in their hallway in the past few weeks than she ever had before. That wasn’t nothing. As Stella spoke about Clement shyly, Olivia shrugged. “Many do, he has a pretty face. I used to be close to his wife,” she offered with a nonchalant shrug. Coy was as coy did.
“I think I can manage your request,” Olivia grinned. “Sof likes to try different things, so we have vegan options here.” Olivia teetered tottered between vegan and nonvegan. She ate clean because she had to, and it did actually help her feel good. More energetic and light. She slipped up every now and again, though. Much like her inability to commit to hobbies, she had an inability to commit to one diet. She rifled through their fridge for their dairy alternatives, and set two on the counter, presenting them like a jeopardy hostess to Stella.
She took note of Stella’s question with a shrug as she reached for the cappucino maker on the counter. “Which one? I know Bazaar came out lately, but other work things are going well. It’ll be a busy end of the year since we’re working on next year’s stuff already. What about you? What’s new in the Stella Lauren work world?”
“Yes, he’s told me all about the ex.” There was a smile on Stella’s face that wasn’t entirely fake but was certainly the expression of a skilled interviewee. How often the press inquired about her privy, personal life was borderline obscene. She was skilled in the art of a polite answer. Besides, Stella didn’t consider Clement’s past at all relevant. The both of them came with skeletons and monsters. “And you? Are you seeing anyone?”
Stella approached the counter. Saphire hues flickered between the cartons, eyeing the expiration dates. It was true. Their mutual friend Sofie liked to try Vegan every once in awhile, but how long was awhile ago? Both options seemed safe, so Stella chose her favorite. “Rice milk, please. It’s sweeter than most others, so I think it’s great in coffee. And desserts!” She couldn’t help but add.
clement-coste
There had never been a thought that doubted his growing affection for Stella. The lightening swinging in his chest that made his head spin whenever he saw her was like nothing he’d experienced before, not since Francesca over a decade ago, and that loss was a guilt that he carried with her every day since. Yet, when Stella held gingerly to his wrist, he found himself laying his troubles at her feet, her gaze lowering to search her face. As if she had the answers to all his troubles hidden in the depths of who she was and who he could be with her. The gifts Clem had brought fell with soft thuds to the floor; a few flower petals broke away at their feet, the smell of savory warmth abandoned for the affections Stella was gifting him.
She kissed him, each time he wanted to ask for more, to lean in and discover what it would feel like to kiss every curve and slope of her. Clem’s fingers pressed through her hair, pulling her closer until Stella’s legs were around his waist, and Clem was stumbling in, his palms sliding down her spine spreading over her thighs to hold Stella against him. A low growl vibrated Clem’s throat; he kicked the door shut as he ambled the rest of the way into Stella’s apartment. Tentative and purposeful Clem’s hands slid up the back of Stella’s thighs resting firmly over the curve of her ass as he braced her small frame against the wall.
One hand holding her from behind the other carefully cupping her cheek, a thumb brushing over her full lips. Clem pulled back to catch a breath, his darkened gaze peering up through a curtain of disheveled blonde hair. Catching his breath, Clem squeezed Stella closer, “What are you doing to me, tiny star?” A breathless laugh caught between his lips and the curve of her neck as his lips pressed tender kisses at the slope of her collar bone, up the dip in her throat and along Stella’s jaw. Clem’s pants were growing tighter, a fact he couldn’t hide as he held her closer. Clearing his throat the hand he had against her cheek laced through the silverly locks hanging over her face. “You gotta tell me what you want, Stella.”
“You.” It was the easiest question Stella had ever answered. “Clement Coste.” She said his name like something sacrosanct, while her legs constricted tighter around his waist; pulling the bulge in Clement’s slacks flush against the soft, warm front of her pink panties. They were slightly damp, slick with desire that dripped from inside Stella during their steamy encounter. Her intentions were clear as her hips rocked forward and hands slipped under the hem of Clement’s shirt to slide feathered fingers up the spine of his back. Lusciously full lips ghosted over a pair so perfect in pout and cupid’s bow, she wondered how she’d lived so long without knowing them. Stella felt breathless, but she knew she’d let all the air be sucked from her body if it meant more of this.
“Can I have you?” A quiet, earnest request. “Will you be mine?” For Stella, sex wasn’t just sex. It couldn’t be. Her tender heart required a mental and emotional connection before physical intimacy could happen. Probably why she’d only ever been with two men before. Probably why she was asking for exclusivity now. “Only mine?” How could she share Clement, when he took up permanent residence in her heart?
There was a lust in her body impatient for an answer. Her hands were hungry for more of his flesh, sprawling out wide then dragging, soft finger tips down his broad back. The action brought their chests flush and made Stella ache for a closeness their clothes would not provide. To feel his skin right up against hers, each of their curves and slopes interlocked in a way she could only exchange with someone with who she felt true feelings. Dinner was forgotten. A night of planned out moments forgone for Stella’s only want. The sound of which tumbled from her lips, again, this time with a hint of hope that he shared her desires. “Clement?”
