DR CONTRABAND IS BACK IN SERVICE! 🤓 My apologies for my absentees. Been taking care of thy #health, thy #wealth and thy self. One of the many #detox processes I’ve gone through recently was releasing my toxic relationship with the digital world, electronic devices, social media and especially my phone! 📵 After a 6 month period of creating space within my phone and myself I now barely can find the urge or even the desire to be on social media or my phone as much as I use too. My awarenesses has grown tremendously since restraining from the digital world and I’ve realized how many countless hours we spend on the daily swiping up and down the screen, hungry for some #information and #interactions with others. So hungry for something we can experience in the physical world x1000! There is so much out here on this #earth that we overlook and miss out on everyday because we are “too busy” always looking down at our phones.
