New routine! With the kito diet something I'm starting so I'm healthier and have a more awake mind. I'm waking up later then I would force my self to, eating right when I'm awake to higher energy levels throughout the day, morning goals, meditation, now a lite mean because I pass out if its to big, more tea for caffeine to help ketones and water, and last elevated heart for 45 mins so I live longer. This book takes you into the mind of @jordanpetersonfan . one of my favorite psychologists and philosophers plus he's alive!! If you like the mind then you should read his book or look into him. You can find him on YouTube doing his classes at Harvard and doing interviews (at Boulder Flatirons)

Working on my mind/business to much so now I'm working more on my body and gut. My moods are very high on life right now but my body is slowing my down emotionally and physically lowing energy in both areas. Thus new diet that wakes your mind up NZT style plus detox and change in mental activitys because I should know french and it will help keep other habits in check.
