Filisur Sunset

5.10pm. As the light fades, mist rolls up the Albula Valley.

Many homes & streets are decorated with Christmas lights, but the brightest belongs to the the Ice Hockey rink, where the cracking of stick against puck echoes up the valley

The vending machines at Swiss railway stations are a bit more “interesting” than those in Sydney!

In addition to the usual snacks & drinks, you also have the options of; cigarette lighters, condoms, pregnancy tests and Cannabis Ice Tea!

Christmas Tree Market - Strasbourg

Beautiful trees - mostly a metre or so high - only EUR22-28. The smell was amazing & they even came with a wooden stand.
