If you're staying up until the early morning, you need to treat that as part of your day.
If you stay up until 6am and wake up in the afternoon, you can't just not eat after "dinner time" because it's too late. You need to eat MEALS across your day.
Eventually you'll want to get your sleep schedule back to normal because it's so much better for your mental health, but sometimes we need baby steps. Get your days on a healthy cycle, then you can ficus on moving your bedtime.
