Any tips to someone new to the CD game about heels? Like what type and style would be best for someone who has never worn them. I also want something sexy yet economical. And what is the size difference for men and womens shoes? Thank you. 

Sizing would be your men’s size + 2, if you live in the US. I’m an 8 men’s, 10 women’s. For tips, it depends on what you’re comfortable with, but I tend to keep the arch around 3.5-4.5 inches. If you have a 6″ heel with a 2″ platform, that’s a 4″ arch. I’ve found that slingback heels are more comfortable for longer periods of wear. Sandals can be very nice too. Some people will say that if you’re starting out, start with a small heel and work your way to taller heels, but I disagree because the difference between a 2″ kitten heel and a 5.5″ platform stiletto is night and day. Honestly, if the arch is UNDER 3.5″ even *I* can’t even walk in them; it’s just too awkward. If you want to walk in a certain heel, practice walking in those heels.
