Ben smiled at the other and laughed as the other did a bow. He pressed against Scott, smiling. “I think once we’re married you’ll be the king.. Alpha and all.” He instinctively pressed his face into the crook of the other’s neck, nuzzling gently.

“Is that your way of saying you want to be the queen?” He teased, nuzzling him back before sitting on the couch. “You would look amazing in some panties, though.” He added, winking at him before looking out over the party.

It was indeed well-established that Holden liked to know where he was going before agreeing to a trip. Ever since a mission to a war-torn system on the far-side of the Milky Way went bad.

Ben gave a small smile and laughed. “Oh, don’t worry. I’m like my father. Normally I can eat like… way too much food and still be hungry.” He took a half step forward and brought his hands up

Scott smiled and did a deep, overly dramatic bow as he placed the plate into Ben’s hands. “My King.” He said, smiling as he stood back up. He then hooked his arm around Ben’s shoulders and lead him to the plush couches.

Ben smiled softly and quickly shook the other’s hand. He smiled at the other, chuckling softly. “I haven’t eaten all day. Nerves.” He chewed softly on his bottom lip, standing before Scott. He knew at some point it would be expected that they run off together. He just wasn’t sure what to do. “So uh… how are you enjoying your night?”

Scott smiled softly, offering his small plate of sausages and cheese cubes to the other. “You should really eat something. Can’t have my future husband running around as skin and bones.” He said, his smile gentle, warm and genuine. “Well,other that the collar of my shirt trying to cut my neck open every time I move, I’m doing okay.”
