Working on a picture of service facilitation when the system is coordinating two actors. In this example, a ride request. Right now it's incorporating actors & system-as-actor, action, location, and information in temporal sequence.

016 / #100daysofmodeling. The three pillars of innovation in product design, unfortunately reduced to a venn diagram. #the100dayproject
015 / #100daysofmodeling. This is currently my most effective submission in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, the Ezekiel Choke. When done right, it's a blood choke, and doesn't crush the trachea. It requires a gi (karate suit) so you can grip your own sleeve. #the100dayproject
014 / #100daysofmodeling. More service design concepts, this time a generic instance and more conceptual. #the100dayproject
013 / #100daysofmodeling. The flow of a ride with @uber --- looking at ways to show service fulfilment in a two-sided marketplace. #the100dayproject
012 / #100daysofmodeling. Joel Katz calls this the "Caesar Condition," saying that, like Gaul, information is divided into 3 parts. #the100dayproject
011 / #100daysofmodeling. The Egg Model™ of plants. #the100dayproject
010 / #100daysofmodeling. Tree roots are mostly 6 - 12 inches deep. #the100dayproject
009 / #100daysofmodeling. One way to answer "so... what do you actually do?" A model of user research. #the100dayproject
008 / #100daysofmodeling. An activity system from Kaptelinin's activity theory, modified with (and partially mangled by) modern UX terminology. Potential mappings to the 5 P's of service design in blue. #the100dayproject
007 / #100daysofmodeling. A reconstruction of Peter Bradford's diagram of a calorie, where each single (and stacks of multiple) calories are represented as a composition. #the100dayproject
006 / #100daysofmodeling. Playoff picture at the end of 4/10/15. One game left in the regular season. Today we find out if @penuins hold on to a wildcard spot. #the100dayproject
005 / #100daysofmodeling. Another coffee-related procedural - @j0nnnnnnn at Haus showed me how he makes a (delicious) cappuccino. #the100dayproject
003 of #100daysofmodeling. Buchanan's orders are an excellent starting point to discuss what designers create and how they get there. #the100dayproject
Day 2 of #100daysofmodeling. A "dumb model" of a timeless cocktail. #the100dayproject
