i used to think that there was something special about me. That I was the best at something or that my perspective was unique or better or that I saw things differently than anyone else. I realize now that I am infinitely replaceable, easily forgotten, that my perspective is the same as thousands before me and likely after me as well. There are people that are better than me in anything I think I excel at and what I hold most dear can walk away from me with out a thought in a moment. 

Im not sure how I feel about this… but I think Im ok with it.
