the year is 2024. it’s been ONE YEAR since the battle for earth that led to the destruction of thanos, and the reversal of the SNAP that took so many lives. but of course, there are always costs. the world we now live in is unstable. fights for power are more common than ever and in many places, you will find people living in lawless territories. the latest being GOTHAM CITY. many INHUMANS have come to light– those with exceptional powers beyond any human science or understanding. they too, just like everyone else, try to find their place in this world.

NEW YORK remains an open home to all. the newly rebuilt AVENGERS COMPLEX is open and seeking new members as they now work with the freedom to recruit, with government backing as well as that of tony stark. they proved themselves. when the world needed them most, they proved how necessary they are and for that, the world owes them thanks.

but it’s not going to be easy to rebuild this world. especially when so many still try to heal from the scars of the past six years.

so, set in the year following ENDGAME, the world is still trying to get back on its feet. the avengers are rebuilding. inhumans and mutants are trying to find their place. the wider world tries to find the best way to move on from everything it saw. there are no more secrets in the world, to a degree. super heroes and villains, mutants and inhumans– they all live in the light. and those of the supernatural deposition… perhaps now is their time too. there is freedom, but alas, much uncertainty. governments scramble to rebuild and shift and regain control, but under new guidelines. space programs are finding themselves with ample resources and defense divisions are trying to pop up everywhere.

this group runs as primarily, DISCORD ONLY. while there may be chance for dash events/memes etc, the primary focus will be on the server. however, everyone is more than welcome to write things on tumblr. just use the tag: newagegs.
