hi there! i’m achilles/sky, and i use any pronouns.

i write for a lot of fandoms! but this blog is specifically for stranger things !!

my writing:

my favorite ships to write is steddie, but i write for a variety of other romantic and platonic relationships. i’m a big fan of steve as the babysitter to the kids, so i write a lot of them as well.

my favorite characters are: steve, eddie, robin, max, will

“What’s your roommates name again?” Joyce Byers huffed, pulling a large suitcase into a small dorm. “Matt?”

“Mike,” responded Will, rolling his eyes. He looked around surveying the room. “Mike Wheeler.”

His mom nodded, sliding the bags toward him. “Do you know which side of the room he wants?”

Will shook his head. “We didn’t text much,” he said. “It was like one conversation.”

“Where’s he from?”

“I don’t know.” Another bag slid into the room. 

“What’s he like?” 

Will shoved the bag forward. “I don’t know, mom. One conversation, remember?”

Looking at him, Joyce frowned. “Maybe I’ll find his instagram.”

“Don’t you fucking dare.”

“Of course.” Mike rubbed a hand down Holly’s arm as she pulled away. He smiled at her fondly. “Ok, I gotta go now. This drive isn’t getting any shorter.” Rolling his eyes, he stepped toward his mom. “I don’t get why we aren’t flying. It’s faster.”

“She wants to spend quality time with you,” chirped Nancy, pulling her younger brother in for an award side hug. “If I had to drive to Boston with her, you have to drive to California.”

Mike sighed. “The drive to Boston is like one-third of the drive from Hawkins to LA. You had it easy.” He grinned, lopsided, a bit forced. “I’ll miss ya’ Nance.” 

“Don’t say that.” Nancy grimaced for a moment, and then her expression went soft. “I’ll miss you too, nerd. Now go before mom starts crying.”

Steve and Eddie had never been friends.

Sure, they had done stuff, traded lazy kisses to the soundtrack of some shitty movie Eddie had put on. Sure, they had wrapped hands around each other, panted into the other man’s shoulders, sweaty and breathless.

But they were never friends. Friends was not something that Steve Harrington and Eddie Munson could ever be. Ever.

The last time they slept together, Steve had said this. And Eddie, although reluctantly, agreed, kissed Steve’s slick lips, and walked back out to his van.

Because Steve and Eddie would never be friends.

They’d always be strangers.
