A year has gone by so fast and I’ve fallen so in love with you over the last year. I’m happy, happier than I ever have been in all my years of being around and I don’t think there’s ever been a time when I’ve been upset with you or sad.

A year ago, we were two completely different people who had found their way to each other. It was awkward at first but now I think it’s kind of fate, maybe. I don’t think there’s anyone who gets me the way you do, you understand me in ways that no one else can. I take one good look at you and I see my everything, I see my future. I’m never going anywhere and I hope you won’t either. And we have ways away to be together, I’m kind of counting on forever. When we’re old and gray, rocking on our porch and holding hands, having races in our wheelchairs and acting like the classy adults we are.

My life’s changed a lot since you were in it and I didn’t think that life could get any better. I know you have your heart set on having a bunch of more pugs to add to our little family of animals and we haven’t really spoken much about this but… Maybe we can make room for something or rather… someone else?
