I get what you mean. We all get in that situation pero minsan, ano, uhh ask ourselves din if we let others to show up for us? Napansin ko kasi to dati. I mean my younger years. Lagi ko iniiisip di nila ko naiintindihan pero may nangyari ata or may nakapag sabi sakin di ko na maalala, hinahayaan ko ba sila na maintindihan ako? Better yet, am i allowing myself to be understood? Tapos ayon.

Im not saying it will get easier. But it helps to assess ourselves as well. I know this is unsolicited. Sorry na agad. Nonetheless, I pray that your days ahead be kinder than the rest.

I’ve read earlier “..because sometimes when we’re the strong one, we don’t show cracks. So people assume there are none.” and right now life feels shaky, I look around and ask myself “Who’s still here for me?” And when no one says anything, it feels louder than it probably is.

I show up for everyone. Who shows up for me?
