This is what I got to keep me warm and full tonight through the storm! I finally found and got to try the tastiest ever vegan equivalent to the legendary local dish, the “garbage plate”. Vegan Italian sausage and home fries topped with vegan chili, onions, jalapeños, mustard, and relish plus some bread of course. This was sooo freakin good! It definitely satisfied my long time craving for a garbage plate. I’m so glad I can enjoy an animal free one now!
