Italian, I guess? || Sam & Lara
"Well alright, I sort of expected that, I was going to ask if the Starbucks was worth it there," she laughed. Lara felt her stomach growling as the food was placed down in front of her. If it weren’t for Sam sitting next to her, she would’ve probably dug into her food. "Now that you asked, I’m actually from New York City. And yes, it’s definitely the city that never sleeps, as well as the place with traffic twenty-four seven," she said, leaving out the part that she actually did come from a rather rich family and that her dad was a complete ass who knew about the government experimenting on children. She was just going to leave her family problems out of it. The redhead stabbed her fork into the pasta and took a bite, licking the sauce off her lips. Lara took another sip of water before turning back to him. "Besides our place of origin, do you have any siblings?" she asked.
"To respond, the Starbucks is worth it there, a lot of people come from all over just because of that," Sam said with a chuckle remembering the crowds of people wanting coffee and such. Looking down to the table, their food was finally placed in front of them and the boy licked his lips. He was starving that he could practically eat a horse. Taking his time, he glanced back over to the beautiful redhead and listened. "I've never been, but I really want to just to experience what it's like during the night," he told her with a chuckle escaping his lips while smiling. Now focusing on his food, he took a couple of bites wondering what he could ask next. Before he knew it, she already asked another question. Shaking his head while swallowing, he said, "Nope, I'm an only child so I was a bit spoiled growing up which wasn't too bad." Taking another bite of his food, he took a drink of his water afterwards and then looked over. "What about you?"
