— 𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓, hello. 🍁 its been 2 weeks. life has been good so far. i have been learning and growing. i hope to be independent, in the meantime, not self-centred. i still lack in areas i need to improve on eg communicating with people, my self-esteem and mental health. ive yet to grow strong but i will. i can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. i believe im still a work in progress. we all are.
14/03/19 - Some more technology notes and diagrams. A slow but productive day today!
days of productivity: 2/30
today was a good day... i love being purple.
i was very social today (via zoom) and had fun in my classes. i had a dentist’s appointment which went well. today’s my brother’s sixth birthday which is exciting! so i’ve been doing psych and lit inbetween my various activities.

so what was a quick break to ease my exam stress turned into a month-long hiatus… back to it now anyway! with some English coursework prep
herdrafts I’ve been writing drafts for days, reading The Waves gave me the right amount of ideas to start writing my own novel. I’m experiencing something I’ve never ever thought I was capable of; I mean putting words on paper wasn’t easy at all for me, now I’m slowly improving and that’s a great accomplishment. I’ve also started reading Electra and Orestes’ plays by Euripides, although I still have to finish my cr, I’m gonna add two more books I’ve just bought; The Land where lemons grow by Helena Attlee and Summer and other essays by Albert Camus.
What are days for? Days are where we live— where can we live but days?
7.12.2020 // winter studying challenge
Having a late start bc I forgot to turn my alarm clock on.. having an itsy bitsy tiny panic attack bc of that.. anyway this is a drawing from my Invertebrates lab 🦑 vs my biochem reminders and it doesn't look like I'm taking them of anytime soon 🙈
7th December - How do you stay motivated during winter?
Uhh.. Honestly, I don't really have a special method. My anxiety makes me do it most of the time 🙈 and sometimes I just can't do it, and that's okay. Everyone needs a break sometimes, self-care is a must! Your health is always above college and grades and everything, hope you're treating yourselves right!
Love yourselves and stay safe! ✨

7th: How do you stay motivated during winter?
It is really hard but I don’t have a strategy per se, I just sort of do it. I can’t really afford to not be motivated now I’m in my final year of uni. Maybe the fact that the end is in sight helps here. I just force myself to do the work (within reason of course).
a busy Sunday fueled by cookies and too much coffee
While I’m trying to make sense of all the technical terms in Hubert Damisch’s “Eight Theses For or Against a Semiology of Painting” for my class on Wednesday, I wonder wheteher my life is actually fulfilling.
