my dad mailed me my old journal and look what i found! pages upon pages of more screenwriting notes i took when i was just out of college. the notebook on the left is my old journal, and the one on the right is my current journal! the more things change, the more they stay the same, am i right? ♡

recently–secondhand book purchases with the former owner’s name written in beautiful cursive on the flyleaf, freshly dusted bookshelves, my cat basking in morning sunlight, and fifteen year old me who wrote “love in the intentionality of actions, choices and thoughts” on an old favourite book.

Ya girl finally moved into her dorm today!! I learned a lot from move in last year, so this year it went very smoothly— my roommate and I took an hour to set up the room, moving furniture, cleaning etc., and then we went for lunch at a nearby brewery. After, we made a trip to the grocery store, as we have access to kitchens this year in our dorms, which we will be taking full advantage of. Classes start tomorrow, and I’m really excited to start, especially for my new computer science course this semester!
