17/01/15 - Revision notes in progress ✨ Try sticking to black + one other colour for certain pages, then in the exam you’ll think, ahhh I remember! It was on the black and _____ page! Just a little tip I’ve developed for myself that seems to work…
Things to do after a long study session:
- take a deep breath - drink a glass of water or tea - eat some fruits or your favorite snack - watch a video of your fav youtuber ( I personally am a phan) - jam out to some songs - scroll through studyspo on tumblr - take a power nap - do a workout video - watch an episode of your fav tv show - meditate - look at the scenery - doodle - journal - talk to someone - organize your work space - plan out your week - write some encouraging messages and stick them on your wall, desk, laptop, face, friends etc - stay awesome
You can definitely add more to this list ☺️ These are just some things which I find very relaxing and helps my brain to relax after I go through an exhausting study session. I feel that sometimes all of us need a reminder to just stop and breathe when life is going too fast :) Have a great weekend ahead!! ✨
here are some more: - go outside, even if it is just for one minute, but the fresh oxygen is so relexing - taking pictures of your work ( I feel so proud of myself afterwards because I see what I have done) - read a chapter or two of your favorite book - look for new books you want to read - write your own story - take a hot / cold shower ( whatever you prefer) - turn the lights off, put some mediation music on and just lie on our bed for some minutes and try to think about nothing - play with your dog/cat/mouse/hamster/…

18 Jan 2016 // P I N K I spark productivity in myself by surrounding myself with things that I like, or colours that I like. For me, one of those elements is definitely the colour PINK. When I was younger and people would ask me what my favourite colour was, I would never say pink. I grew up as a blue girl and was in love with the colour. It was only a few years ago when I realised that I loved the colour pink. To me, it’s so lovely and depending on its shade, it can signify a range of emotions or symbols. It’s such a pretty colour and over time, my infatuation for it grows.
