Basically, what if he previously was a boxer in his 'prime'? -Not a professional one, mind you, he's more like an avid hobbyist who fought in shady saloons/venues, and got kicked out for being a dirty fighter/sore loser, even by their standards.
Also note: Dan to me isn't by any means a peak-athlete or jock to me- i just think he would've gotten into boxing as a teenager either cus; 1. He was pressured to take on a sport since he just games all day. 2. Needed an anger/energy outlet for his poor emotional regulation (BAD IDEA IMO) 3. He also wanted to do Punch Out irl and found it kinda fun.
But yeah, i just kinda wanted to cook up a headcannon of this caliber, because why is this freak so excited to invite Sam to "fight the monsters together" and film it all like a spectacle?? Bro also has a decent amount of hp and is willing to wrecklessly tank hits for people. He's kind of a menace, lol. Sadly, tho, I can imagine this being a rlly stressful part of his life- he probably was unhealthily exerting his anger, getting injured a lot, and I can't imagine the other fighters liking him much.
Another thing too is this is probably Dan in his early-mid 20s in this, I hc him as late 30s, so he is long since out of shape. But even since then, he still has gotten into fights or rough housed in protests (he's implied to be very antifa coded), and this apocalypse also enables that outlet quite a bit too.

- I am obsessed with how everyone gives her coveralls, so I'm including them. Tho, she mostly wears them during excursions. At the apartment, she takes it off and wears her normal turtleneck and sweats
Xaria:
- she has a nasty scowl and sharp teeth, basically she both a barks and bite.

- she's taller than Dan with the boots on, and is decently built too with strong shoulders
Monty:
- short and it's hard to tell, but I made him chubby under the coat. Unlike Sam tho, his arms are thinner.
