Open Starter

                There was something whimsical, something... magical in the air around Waterfall. It made her fur tingle with excitement and wonder. It was almost as if a thread entwined itself around her and drew her near the whispering flowers, and the crystals upon the cavern ceiling, twinkling like gentle stars. 

                Oh how Jez wanted to see the stars. She wished with all her might that one day she would see them there in the night sky, looking just like the pictures in her book. The book that she had scavenged from the dump, which had fascinated her with it’s stories of constellations and planets. 

                 The young child hummed quietly  ——— a happy tune her mother had taught her  ———  to herself from where she sat, her small legs dangling over the edge, barely touching the glowing water, content with watching her fellow monsters, both young and old, pass by.

→ Jez has nightmares about her mother turning to dust. She doesn’t remember her nightmares when she wakes up, only remembering the faint image of a stripped shirt and dust covered snow.

→ Her mom’s name is Allura. Allura may or may not be added to the blog as a muse.

→ Allura is quite tall, being around 5′11″ in height (180 cm). 

→ Allura works part-time at Grillby’s as well as working at Nova’s. Nova is a cafe run by another one of my ocs, Nebula, in Waterfall. There will be an information page created soon. 

→ Jez loves the smell of coffee, but can’t stand the taste of it. It’s too bitter for her.

→ In contrast, Allura loves the taste of coffee and will often have a cup in the morning before heading off to work. 

→ Jez has not meet Papyrus and Sans, but she has seen them from afar. She finds Sans to be funny, and thinks Papyrus is a nice person.

→ Allura has raised Jez as a single mother since Jez was a baby due to her husband’s death. The cause of his death is unknown.

→ Allura loves her daughter more than anything and will do anything to protect her from harm.
