Mask and gloves - wonderful!

Holding your head while you're going under - partly to make you feel that you are "in god hands", partly to make sure you don't move your head away from the mask. We want a smooth induction. Any attempts to fight the mask are futile! You will breathe the gas until you're asleep. Your life is in my hands!
