He guess he can just keep it for himself for now but well it all up to warden to make this guy ever noticed her. No idea what or why Hajime ever see the warden in the bad way anyway. Somehow feels pity over the warden now. People eyes can see different stuff perhaps. All he can do now is probably support people around whether if it the warden,Hajime or perhaps Kenshiro as well. He just shrugged as he smiled slightly as he slowly patting on the male’s back.

“Hmm… Well guess it can’t be helped.

Hey hey hey~ Don’t take it so seriously! I am just testing you out! Don’t leave me alone at the other side of that lonely bars~ You know i dislike silent places! I thought you have admit we’re soulmate! I mean you my buddy! My best friend! We spend time lot together in the old time!”

He muttered, glancing over his shoulder as the other pat him on the back. Leaning forward as he folded his arms and braced them against the table, he scoffed -- he’d probably let someone pull out all his teeth before admitting to being anything more than coworkers, but the truth was that Hitokoe was his friend. He just didn’t much appreciate the other pointing it out so obviously -- he may as well be poking a bear. Or a gorilla.

The guard sneered, turning the corner down the hall toward the medical ward. But by the time they had reached it he was practically howling with outrage.

NICO JUST LAUGHED AND FOLLOWED AFTER HIM . “ whatever you say , haji - cchi ~ ” the inmate had to admit , the idea of being able to short circuit security doors did seem pretty cool , but he was sick of his friends avoiding him .

He grimaced in reply to the nickname, delivering the inmate a sound thwap over the back of his bright green head for it as they moved down the hall.

❝ – don’t be so familiar! I’m your prison guard, dammit. Now, while I have you here, I’ve got a deal for you. If you tell me what number fifteen’s next breakout attempt is gonna be, I’ll pull some strings and pick up that new manga volume you’ve been droning on about. ❞

It true that he got beaten by the warden many times but he never get enough of it.Teasing on the warden is so much fun to see the reaction of her face every time it will be about Hajime. Guess only Mitsuru the only male that can get along with the warden so well and don’t mind getting beaten up many times in a row. Mitsuru elbowing on Hajime’s arm as he smirked when see Hajime being all so shivered every time it will be about Warden’s talk.

“Oh? Are you worried about me? For me being punched,kicked or slammed down by the warden. IT SO MUCH PAINFUL! Blood all over my body and faces! But i think i got used to it that i am survived no matter how serious injuries i got! BUT NO WORRY! SHE IS A GOOD WARDEN! You should get to know her better,Hajime~”

Mitsuru just raise up his arms as he exclaimed while laughing . To see Hajime’s merciless toward him. As expected from Hajime! Cold and cruel words is the only words come out from his mouth. How exciting! ❤️

“WOW! Hajime scary!! So much scary!! Cahaha!!! Don’t KILL me HAJIME! That just make you be in trouble! YOU WILL END UP TO BE JOINING THE INMATE AS WELL!! ”

“EXCEPT… If i am the one who trying to kill you~ Beware of the surrounding ,Hajime.”

Mitsuru hold up his chopsticks and point it toward him with those wide smirked before he lowing down his chopsticks back to his udon to continue eating.

“No worry~ I won’t betray any of you people. Beside i am your soulmate afterall! 🎶🎶 It so much fun to be with you all~ It be a waste if i destroy this peaceful life. I don’t want to cut tie with my only soulmate ❤️ I AM NO BAD GUY YO!!”

After finishing his bowl, he placed his chopsticks down straight across the rim, staring at his counterpart incredulously -- what the hell was he talking about??

He scoffed; as if could possibly be worried about the boisterous idiot. The oaf probably brought it on himself half the time -- frankly, Hajime was just glad it wasn’t him getting the living crap beaten out of him every day. He sneered and rolled his eyes before lifting his glass to take a sip of his drink.

❝ – tch. Right. Me on the other side of those bars. That’ll be the day. Quit spouting fucking nonsense. And who the hell ever said we were soulmates?? ❞

Mitsuru just go and ask for his favorite dishes “Udon” while Hajime is “Kakesoba” while waiting at the seat with Hajime sitting in front of him.

It true from what Hajime answered . To be a guard is honestly not easy and of course it need to have so many background checks before accepting someone to be a guard mostly to someone who will be a supervisor or a person who will be on control over the security cameras. What more it is Nanba prison the biggest history prison in Japan with a very tight security. BUT it not impossible if something like that ‘MIGHT’ can be happen. With all so many ruckus before in Building 5 while Inori ever pretend that he is betraying people around. It possible if Mitsuru might can be in the same case. But for now, No one know what will happen in the future.

“You’re right,Hajime~ Chan~ I am always by the warden side too and she might seriously BREAK me into half if i am a criminal yo! HAHAH!! “

“But hey Hajime~ IF your best soulmate here is a BAD guy~ What are you gonna do? Will you beat me with no mercy like you did to the prisoner 55900 or probably you might feels so much betrayed and regretted for never notice it sooner?”

Settling down in the seat across the table from Mitsuru, he pulled his chopsticks neatly apart with a quiet snap and lifted one brow skeptically in response to his insinuation.

❝ – no kidding. She beats the living shit outta you almost every week. Last time I walked in there I seriously thought you were dead. ❞

He was lucky that she didn’t beat him within an inch of his life too -- maybe she intended to and he’d just outrun her. He shivered unpleasantly at the thought. Taking a mouthful of noodles, his gaze swept up to his fellow guard once again and his brow furrowed with consternation before he swallowed and sat up straight, staring quite seriously at the head of security with a cold, unyielding gaze.

❝ – of course I would. I wouldn’t care who the hell you were. I’d beat you within an inch of your life if you betrayed us. ❞

The guard grumbled sarcastically to himself -- great, now the little freak was electric! He fiddled with the collection of keys on his hip for a moment before selecting the correct one, opening up the cell door with a pointed creak.

❝ – come on, we’ll get you something else. I can’t have you short-circuiting the security doors. It’s already too easy for you punks to get out of your cells. ❞

Hm? Are you saying i am in the same group with the inmates? I am a bad guy to you, Hajime? I mean if i am a bad guy~ I won’t get hired here yaw! Hahaha! ……Perhaps maybe you’re right, Hajime. Maybe i might be the ex-inmate that suddenly got chance work here in the security room…And check on you all..”

Mitsuru expressions from those bright wide smiles suddenly changed as he stopped walking “Do you even think about something at least once about ‘maybe’ one of the guard actually …………..an inmate? And suddenly betrayed you and stab your back?”

He then went silent as he finally pull up his head as he glance at the other.

Before waiting for Hajime to answer him back as he smack on the male’s back as he laugh with all those cheer tones back to normal.

“HAHA! I’M JOKING! DON’T TAKE IT SERIOUSLY! I mean IT NO WAY we guards can be hired if we’re bad yes?!” He continue walking to the cafeteria to find themselves a seat.

Hajime maintained his perpetual sneer as they crossed the courtyard, the summer sun coming down hard on their black uniforms. Still, if he was uncomfortable at all, he didn’t show it. He scoffed in reply to Mitsuru’s defense -- mostly because he had to admit the announcer had a point. He didn’t actually see him operating the cameras and monitoring the prison ; but he most certainly was. Otherwise all the antics that went on in building thirteen would no doubt have reached the Warden’s ears by this point, what with all the traps that were triggered and all the alarms that sounded with every escape attempt by cell thirteen. He supposed he owed Hitokoe for keeping his screw-ups on the down low for him.

Now that was an interesting, albeit dangerous suggestion -- that a guard could be a traitor for the inmates. But it was also highly unlikely, considering the application process for this position was incredibly rigorous. Such a huge oversight would be a major besmirch on the prison’s nearly spotless record. He snorted as they passed through the massive aperture that led into the cafeteria.

❝ – yeah, considering the intensive backgrounds checks they put us through. Remember? They pulled up every infraction we’d ever committed since friggin’ kindergarten. You wanna work here, they’re gonna know if you’ve ever so much as jay-walked. ❞

Gloved hands folded behind his back, shoulders squared, feet apart. He stood at attention of the woman who he understood would now be his boss ( well, rather his supervisor’s boss ) with his gaze pinned straight ahead at the wall behind her. Nanba Prison was the most high-security containment facility in Japan, and perhaps one of the most renowned prisons in the world. It was a monumental career opportunity -- one that he didn’t intend to not seize fully.

❝ – I’m honored to have been selected for employment. If these prisoners put so much as one toe out of line, they’ll learn precisely what happens when the cross the guards of Nanba Prison. ❞

His brother always managed to be bright and cheerful, a stark contrast between the oddly mismatched siblings. Still, it wasn't as if Hajime was striving to be chipper -- given his occupation, it wouldn't really be beneficial to his work anyway. He wondered how the hell Hitoshi hoped to be half decent as a guard by smiling cheerfully at all the prisoners every morning.

❝ ...matter of fact, I am. And address the inmates by their numbers, Hitoshi. We take away their names for a reason. Keep lettin' them use 'em, they might start to think they're still considered people instead of prisoners. ❞

Hajime could practically feel his teeth wasting away as he ground them viciously against one another. Dammit, the bastard had him there -- he was due for a check up. And he knew that if his physicals weren’t up to date, it was only a matter of time before the higher ups came down on him for it. Sneering, he began to unbutton the collar of his uniform jacket, making his way down the row of polished gold buttons.

❝ – training, huh? I think you’re confusing me for that mangy dog from building four. If it’ll get you off my back then fine, take my friggin’ blood pressure. I already know you’re just gonna say it’s too high. ❞

It was going to be far more difficult than making a few vague threats to intimidate the imposing guard -- but admittedly, there was something indefinably unsettling about the suggestion that made him decide he definitely did NOT want to find out exactly what “the hose” meant.

He had expected a hit but to be picked up swiftly afterwords thats something he hadn’t seen coming, “Hey now, first of all we don’t have curbs in this prison, nor do we put garbage at em even if we did” squirming in his grip.

Jyugo’s bare heels dragged across the stone floor as Hajime hauled him down the hall back in the direction of his cell. Accomplished escape artist he may be, but he wouldn’t hold a birthday candle to the guard in a hand-to-hand fight. The effort was only made easier by the fact that the prisoner probably weighed fifteen pounds soaking wet.

❝ – well then, I guess the only logical solution would be to put you back in your cell, wouldn’t it? ❞

To be frank, he was used to Mitsuru carting him around this way. The other had always had a much wilder and more extroverted personality, and while Hajime wasn’t the type to be easily influenced, more often than not he found himself going along with whatever his boisterous counterpart wanted. It was much easier to just roll with the punches than to argue with him -- to be specific, it was easier on his ears. He groaned as the other dropped the weight of his arm around his shoulders, slouching with exasperation as he was dragged toward the cafeteria.

❝ – you’re always on a break. Did you forget that we’re here to work? Sometimes I think you’re as bad as those damn punk inmates. ❞

On the very good morning. The speaker have volume up loud into 100 while Mitsuru hold on his microphone and yell a “VERY GOOD MORNING TO YOU ALL ZE! IT WAS A VERY NICE MORNING DON’T YA THINK! yOu InmaTes should get more fun out TRAINING. Guards should bring along the inmates out for THE NEXT activity!” As the morning talk remain continues. The crane will never stop yelling at all.

“HAJIME! MY SOULMATE! NOTICE ME! It be so much quite lonely without you around even though i see your everyday life through the camera between. Why won’t you get another Kakesoba with me then! It your favorite food anyway~?” Yes he continue on his yelling.

The supervisor of building thirteen visibly winced as the feedback from the microphone screamed in his ear, one gloved hand lifting up to pick at the offended ear with his finger. As much as he’d like to deny the noisy guard ...he wasn’t incorrect about his lunch preference.
