Yondu nodded after her story. “Sorry ‘bout yer momma dyin’, girl,” he said. “yer pet looks like he’s very loyal t’ya.” Yondu went to the large window of the castle and looked out. This city certainly was strange to him. “What planet is’s?” Yondu figured he was very off course.

Jasmine smiled as the man before her spoke of Rajah’s loyalty but was almost immediately confused by the question he had asked. “What do you mean? We live on Earth,”

Yondu scrunched his face up in an inquisitive look. “Earth? Thas’ where humans live right?” he had only been to Earth once over 20 years ago when he abducted Quill. Yondu didn’t know much about humans.

Jasmine was still confused but nodded her head. "Yes, humans live here and try to make peace with one another. Whether that always works or not is another story."

A look of surprise flashed on Yondu’s face for a second. “Thassa big pussy,” Yondu commented. He did admire the the beauty of this earth creature. “How old is the big feller?” Yondu found tigers beautiful and majestic creatures. He found Earth animals very weird.

Jasmine looked down at her beloved best friend and pet him softly. "I've had him ever since I was little. It was a gift from my mother not to long before she passed away."

He smiled a toothy smile. “Where are my manners,” he chastised himself. “The name’s Yondu. I’m the Captain of them all Ravagers over there.” Yondu was just passing through. He never stayed in one place for very long.

Jasmine nodded and returned the smile. “The name is Jasmine,” She spoke introuducing herself. “I’m the ruler now of Agrabah.”

The blue alien gave a nonchalant look around the place. “This here place is called what now? Agra-what?” Yondu have never been to such a place. He’d never been in something so fancy.

"Agrabah." Jasmine simply replied. "If you'd like I could get someone to show you around or--" Her words were cut off as her favorite feline buddy rubbed against the bottom of her dress. "Or introduce you to Rajah here."

His eyes narrowed at the woman. “You are not here to think,” he said sternly. “do your job and rule Agrabah.” The last part was said more as a threat.  His gaze was unwavering.

Jasmine just remained quiet for a few moments before speaking once again. “And how exactly do you think I’ll do that?”

Jafar was slightly surprised. “Surely you have every detail planned out by now,” he said. He was a bit thrown off that Jasmin would ask him for advice.

“I have plans of my own planned out yes. But according to you? Not so much.” Jasmine explained.

The former genie nodded, not convinced. “Whatever you say,” he said. He stood there with his gaze unwavering.

Jafar let out a chuckle. “Indeed I did,” he said. The malevolent genie had taken his human form and was now speaking with the princess.A smirk spread across his face as he locked eyes with the woman.

Jasmine looked only briefly at the man before looking away. She couldn’t stand him for various reasons but now she had to be a little more careful.

He was aware of her distrust in him. his eyes followed her gaze. “Something you find of interest?” Jafar asked, pretending to care. He stepped closer to the woman, his snake staff tapping against the ground lightly. Jafar was a cunning one.

The princess looked over at him showing no fear when she spoke. "No, just lost in thought is all." She spoke to try and keep from chaos reeking in her kingdom.
