Seeing The Vamps live in my home country is my biggest highlight of my life in 2019. They finally came to Jakarta, Indonesia on 14th August 2019 for the Four Corners Tour 2019. Well, the show was supposed to be on 13th August due to a mass demonstration in Hong Kong they had to postponed the show to 14th August. I was so happy that they postponed the show instead of canceling it.
First of all I’d like to thanks to CK Star Entertainment Indonesia and Sound Rhythm for their big efforts to make this show happened. I got the VIP ticket plus M&G package.
Sound Check Party baby 🎉
When I lined up I was so nervous to think about I’m gonna meet them soon in my home country!!! I kept on coughing because I was that nervous lol. I went into the venue and sat on James’ side with my friend (Gia), it was just the two of us who sat there. It was so close to James like I couldn’t take my eyes off him 🥰. They sang Missing You, and I teared up because of Gia. She cried during the Missing You song, I tried not to cry but I couldn’t. I cried a bit, enjoyed the moment, captured memories with my eyes. That’s the reason why I only took one phone during the sound check party. I regreted it but it was worth it cus the memories are in my mind 😊. They also had a Q&A moment, the others VIPs holder asked them to play another song then I raised my voice (sound like I screamed at Brad). Brad pointed at me and the rest of the boys looked at Gia and I. I said “Hi we’re (pointed Gia and myself) from The Vamps Indonesia, how do you feel about being here for the first time?” and Brad answered my question he said that they were happy to make the show happen and to see the fans in Indonesia.
M&G Session
I’ve meet them before in 2016, I still got a lot of butterflies. I had many thoughts about what I wanted to say to them but when it was my turn the thoughts gone somewhere else. The only thing I could say was ‘Hi I’m from The Vamps Indonesia’ and it sounded so ridiculous haha! The best thing was they recognised me. It has always be a lovely moment to meet them in person. Words can’t explain how lovely they are. This is the reason why I stan them til the death.
I also have planned the pose for the photo group session. I wanted to do the ‘James got friendzoned by me and the other boys got sad’ pose. But once again I had so much butterflies that I could throw up infront of them, and this is the classic pose I had with them 🙂 I promise I’d do that on the next tour anytime soon.
The Main Show
I could say that the show was a bit empty becuase of the rescheduled show. Many of them couldn’t make it to the show because of personal reasons. They started off the show with Just My Type and this was just the beggining of the show, they already gave me goosebumps. The crowds were amazing, we sang along during the show. The Vamps promised us that they’d come back for another concert and I can’t wait for it already. They sang 17 songs, when they began to sing Risk It All I HAD TEARS ON MY CHEEKS!!! I tried really hard but this song means everything to me, I cried during the whole song. I sang out of my lungs, cried my heart out, felt like this was the most personal moment with them. I also was lucky to witness this cute Jadley moment on the show 🥰.

Gia and I bought a cake for Tristan’s birthday then handed it off to the staff asked them to give it to Tristan as soon as possible, then Tristan posted our cake on his instagram story 🥰 we also sang him a Happy Early Birthday song, he acted cute like a little kid 🥰
Writing this post is giving me MAJOR throwback feels to my The Vamps concert in Singapore (26/01/16)
Tell me who doesn’t want to meet their idols? The people who inspire them and make them happy. Well I can’t believe I had a chance to meet one of my idols last year in Singapore and yep it was The Vamps!! Anyway thanks to Universal Music Indonesia and Creativedisc.com so glad I got the chance to meet The Vamps, THANK YOU VERY VERY VERY MUCH FOR THE WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITIES.
I legit flew in the day of the concert, landed safe and sound in Singapore, met up with Kak Jeni and Kak Jati then went to the hotel where we stayed at.
Right after we had our lunch we went straight to the venue. We arrived at the venue around 2:30pm (Singapore time) and there were already a lot of people.
MEET AND GREET TIME!!!!!!!!!
Trust me guys it FELT SO UNREAL when I was queuing up to meet The Vamps. My heart beats went crazy like boom boom boom I was so excited yet nervous at the same time.
1. Connor Ball
He is such a babe! I swear to God I love him so much and his accent as well.
uGH I swear I won’t ever forget this awkward moment I had with Connor. For real though it was kinda funny when he looked at me.
2. James McVey
I love The Vamps soooooo much all of them are my favourite but the most favourite one is James. I been a big fan of him since his Who Am I/This Love Is True days.
James’ smile is so contagious and seeing it in person literally makes you freaking melt!!!
3. Tristan Evans
All I could say to him was that he is very tall lol
I really miss Tristan he GIVES the best hugs you could ever imagine!!!
4. Bradley Simpson
Oh boy, he is the sweetest human beings on this earth! I went to give him a hug I trip and I step on his foot he laughed at me and told me that it was fine because I was REALLY nervous.
His laugh is my everything..

I asked James to sign my phone case that has a picture of him on it and he was like “awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwh” and smiled :). Thanks to Gee my internet best friend for the case, love you.
Meeting The Vamps was the highlight of my life. I can’t wait to see them again hopefully anytime soon.
