Let’s talk about Electra’s components

I know it’s been a while since I made a StEx post, and no one asked for this, but let’s do it anyways. (feel free to add any comments or opinions, seeing how this is just my point of view)

OG Electra has 5 components. Krupp, Wrench, Purse, Volta and Joule and I’m going to just throw my opinion out there about why they have the roles that they do.

Krupp - the armaments truck: He’s basically the bodyguard. Gotta make sure Electra stays safe.

Wrench - the repair truck: Wrench is obviously there to repair Electra should there be any problems.

Purse - the money truck: Electra is rich and someone’s gotta handle the finances.

Volta - the freezer truck: … The only reason I can see why he would have a freezer truck… is because Volta is probably cold to the touch and seeing how Electra is electric and even calls himself a computer.. he can probably overheat.

and lastly

Joule - the DYNAMITE truck: A. Dynamite. Truck. Why would he need explosives?? Well, here’s why I think he does. Dramatic entrance. There is no arguing that Electra is a drama queen, and I can totally see Joule blasting a big hole into a wall, just so Electra can slide in and pose. That is the only logical reason I can see for why Electra would have a dynamite truck.

I finished the art of my Homestar Runner oc!

She’s a still a work in progress, but for now I’ve been calling her “Dis”.

I’ll list the notes around her since they might be illegible in the picture, along with adding some more info.

- shes pretty nervous and socially awkward around others

- her mouth is pretty much just a black line, but it moves in some weird ways, kinda working like one of those old audio abstractions where the line will get jagged to kinda represent the volume of a sound. So kinda mix that with regular unopened mouth shapes.

-her hair isnt really hair, but are instead big floppy dog ears! Fun to accidentally swat things with when she turns her head too quick

- her hands/arms are these weird creepy flesh ribbons. They’re bone/jointless and can extend to about twice their normal length. They’ve got a bit of weight and thickness to them, so they arent like proper ribbons, but they can still do stuff like get tied in knots and will often wrap around objects multiple times when they want a stronger grip.

-they got pointy legs without proper feet, but otherwise move normally with a knee and hip joint.

- she’s pretty tall in comparison to most of the free country USA citizens.

I’m not sure what her colors would be yet, but probably not what you see in the drawing since I’ve only got the 4 pen colors.

But yeah, lemme know what yall think!
