# House | Ninkipen
A detached house is located in a quiet residential area of Osaka Prefecture Izumi City. City was developed 40 years ago, it is progressing gradually rebuilt. The client wanted to have the unborn private courtyard for children, but garden-held structure of the Court House was too small cramped. Therefore, the housing portion and the L-shaped, together connecting the fence of the L-shaped so as to surround the parking lot and garden while using the difference in height of the site in its volume, won the air volume of the combined two of breadth. In addition, the air volume covered with a grid-shaped pergola in, by covering slowly in the leaves of planted grapes, are trying to own the sky at the same time and to visualize the area. Even while having a courtyard, it is the proposal of the Court House to be connected to the city.
