Every night I stay up late and tell myself I’ll wake up early for maximum productivity and every morning I hate myself for this same reason and just go back to sleep

I ALWAYS THOUGHT EVERYONE FRICKING LOVED IT WHEN GUYS CALLED THEM “DUDE” OR “BRO” BUT I JUST FIGURED OUT THAT I ALWAYS LIKED IT BECAUSE IT MADE ME FEEL LESS LIKE A GIRL BEFORE I REALIZED IM NON-BINARY

Just ate a shit ton of ice cream, had a dancing spree where I scared my dog, then collapsed and became a blob on the couch within the span of 10 minutes and I’m scared of myself

I’m one of those insane people who go out in the snow in like a hoodie and jeans and are fine but that means now it’s summer and I’m fucking dying and dysphoria slapped me in the face again so I want to wear layers but I’m currently sweating my ass off

Wouldn’t it suck if someone in a horror movie just had a super bad headache the whole time? Like imagine fighting off an ax murderer while you feel like your head is tearing itself apart.

Idk I have a headache right now and heard a sound in my house and this is the first thing that came to mind

I just went skateboarding and it was TOO HOT

I now understand why my dog lays on the tile kitchen floor when it’s too hot out

Oh my god I found leftovers in the fridge (I still don’t know how old it was tbh) and I was all like “huh it’ll probably be fine”

so I ate it

I’m like the garbage disposal for my family but I’ve finally met my match

Times when dysphoria is sure to hit me like a fucking train

- during and after showers

- my entire period

- family gatherings (I’m not out to them)

- going through checkouts (my voice goes all squeaky and my hands shake so bad. The entire interaction is humiliating)

- Public Bathrooms (There are hardly any gender neutral ones and the other ones are like a lose lose situation)

Oh my god I answered the door just now to some people and I swear my vision blacked out at some point because I was so nervous during that conversation what the fuck
