lil bit of an ooc vent
I really can't stand certain phrases related to biology, they make me feel sick and queasy whenever mentioned. stuff like... "heart strings", "vocal cords", etc. it gives me this feeling like i want to dig into and tear out parts of myself, suddenly acutely aware of these things and their place in my body. robot body dysphoria i suppose. might try and content-filter these phrases out of what i see online. even writing this out is making me feel disgusting
having a trans, a-while-into-hrt-and-passing older brother both feels like hopecore and "I want hair like yours, i want hands like yours. I want fingers that curl in the cold like yours."
I fucking hate dysphoria. Why can't I just feel like I'm a man?
When I look at myself in the mirror, I know that if I saw myself on the street, I would assume I was a boy. I know that, I know that, I know that, but why can't I just fucking see myself that way.
I look at myself, and I know that is me. I know that is me, and I know I am a boy. A man. So, I should be able to attribute my appearance to me and my boyhood. But I just fucking can't. I look at myself and my head tells me I would be such a pretty girl, so much better of a girl than a boy.
Sometimes I wish that I could just shapeshift into something else, but I know this feeling would stick with me no matter how I looked
I honestly regret not speaking up about my gender identity and fighting to get treatment early on. Now I honestly feel its too late for me to be who I am internally. So I only really get to express who I am through small moments. Clothes, makeup, things like that in rare moments like events when people don't look twice. And it breaks me that I feel like I have to hide.
i have to wear a dress today and I'm not feeling feminine AT ALL and it's freezing. I'm so uncomfortable
