BUYER BEWARE! I ordered my hat online on February 13th and paid extra for 3 to 5 day shipping. I never got a tracking number, so I emailed them twice and reached out via chat. I was told via chat a few days ago the hat would be shipped out and sorry for the delay. Still never shipped out, so I called them yesterday 3 times February 28th. I was then told by Kevin that they just got the hat in and it would ship out that same afternoon. So I waited till 5:40pm. Still no tracking number. So I called again since they close at 6pm. Kevin told me not to worry they would be working till 8pm and it would get shipped. Still no tracking number or email. So either they are severely behind on online orders or something isn't right with management of the stock/shipping orders. I needed this hat for a special occasion weeks ago and I still don't have the hat today. Also looking at previous reviews pretty much no one who ordered online received their hat! I love supporting small businesses but this makes me want to just buy a Goorin Brothers. Al & Kevin really dropped the ball on this one. They need better support and these hats aren't cheap. Plus why charge extra for shipping if you know it's going to take a while to arrive from Mexico? They should of made this right and expedited the shipping but they kept giving me the run around. BUYER BEWARE!
