Ok finally met dottore in the AQ. And he is so gorgeous. And so is pantalone he is also so pretty. Now I am definitely jealous of pantalone's amiacability with dottore. But, as if said he can also get it. So while I am entirely partial to and prefer dottore, if my deer Doctor were tk ever want to research the third body problem i am down to expirement.

I have not played the new genshin version yet. I am terrified. I also know that there is a lot of dottore and pantalone interactions. Which... triggers both jealousy, and disinterest? Like someone being already in a relationship or seeming gay tends to lower my (romantic/selfship) interest in them.... but also sandwich? Idk im confused, and scared but also excited? Tell me if the version is any good or if im just going to cry a bunch.

I was thinking about how dottore's segments seem to be named after Greek letters. Im wondering if the letters are chosen via order of creation, order of age, or via matching the meaning/usage of the symbol in math/science to the personality traits of that segment. Like omega build. Omega, when uppercase, is used for electrical resistance in electronics, and something about the density of the universe (in relation to the geometry of the universe and the value required for the universe to be flat? (Which the universe is but in a weird way that doesnt necessarily fit regular usage of the word flat, i cant remember the explanation)) it also has cosmological uses. Its also the last letter in the Greek alphabet thus it has symbolism and meanings/usages to represent ends. And omegattore was the segment to make the deal to kill the other segments, and while it does seems as if there are more segments, either newly made (or the original not being deleted as not counting as a segment?) But omegattore does still have these vibes of the last unicorn dottore.

You ever wonder if the way dottore talks about being a scholar, and how others aren't true scholars comes from a sense of indignation/injustice at having to put in extra effort of resources into being a scholar and seeing others do less work and effort and being praised the same or higher? This might be projection as someone with adhd. Like i am comparing this to struggling to focus do to adhd and seeing others for whom focusing is a genuine choice, be given leniency for noy choosing to do so while you struggle to focus and thus put in so much effort to do so, and sometimes you do get to do better than your peers, but still lack recognition for the extra work you do? Once again might be heavily projecting here.

But i love seeing a character who can make me thinking this, and even if it is all projection, have a character that seems close enough to myself that I can project is still quite wonderful. And probably plays a major part to why I find him so attractive.

And I mean close to me in the way I like science and have a degree of being othered, mainly in relation to the education system, not the unethical expirement parts. Im quite fond of my ethics actually.

Hypocrisy and contradictions around views of dottore

Scaramouche, flins, ineffa, sigewinne, neuvillette. Blue hair. Inhumane. Strong sense of goals and specific values they follow.

Dottore fits that. Doesn't he?

One is hated, the others are loved. (I like all of them)

Sandrone is praised for having values aside from being a fatui. Same with arlecchino.

And yet dottore is being condemned?

Recently ive been listening to ashbury heights, one of my favs. And relized that the song Eternity at an End is soooo dottore coded. I wish I could could animate so I could fo a full dottore animation to that song!

And also the song dandelion by Gabbie Hanna, I find is also very dottore.

Dottore headcannons time! Since Ive only just started the 6.3 AQ and am terrified.

He likes poetry: I imagine that since etymology/researching the origins of words is a sin kn the akademiya, when dottore was expelled I think hed use his freedom to research words out of spite, something to feel being outcasted brings freedom, to make it hurt a little less. But then as he researched the words he started to gain an appreciation for them which leads into a like of poetry. I dont think he sits making poems but instead has a casual appreciation. I also think it merges with scientific language. Like using words with the exact perfect meanings and has them flow rhythmically while still conveying propper meaning and knowledge is probably a little pleasure or satisfaction of his.

Due to timings and time zones and stuff I have yet to actually meet dottore. Problem is I cant do anything because my stomach hurts from constant butterflies. Im too excited and nervous to meet him that I cant play to meet him but they won't go away till I meet him!
