Woops!

It has been 6 long months since I started the blog, and I’ve been feeling terrible about how I wasn’t able to update it as often as I could.

I know, no amount of excuse can make up for it, even if I’ve had quite a bunch of things I needed to sort out since my last post.

I always say that there’s always time, we just have to be sure to make it. And I am so guilty, as I haven’t had much of an effort to do so for this.

BUT!

We’re back, and I am so excited to share with you the amazing places I have been to and have tried the past couple of months!

Here’s just a few things to give you an idea of where I’ve been to.

I’ll be sure to write about each trip and let you know how good this summer is turning out to be.

🐷 (at Lazy Bastard)

Not a lot of people know that this is one of my most favorite views.

I love watching the sunset and my heart has always belonged to the sea— combining these two is definitely perfection, to me.

I ended my 23rd year taking a trip of quite a few firsts— My first time in Cebu (not counting the 3 times I've been on the ramp for C130 layovers :P), Taking a 7-hour trip to and from the Beautiful Island of Malapascua, and ecstatically driving 2 motorboats— all of which, I kind of still can't believe I did alone.

The past year wasn't the smoothest I've had but today, as I embark on another one, I am filled with joy because I know I've learned a lot, despite the things I've had to go through.

Hoping that the Universe grant me the same, if not more of the courage & resilience I've had, in this lifetime. heart emoticon And that in my succeeding years, I never forget the lessons from one of my favorite HONY quotes:

"When a wave comes, go deep— There’s three things you can do when life sends a wave at you. You can run from it, but then it’s going to catch up and knock you down. You can also fall back on your ego and try to stand your ground, but then it’s still going to clobber you. Or you can use it as an opportunity to go deep, and transform yourself to match the circumstances. And that’s how you get through the wave.”

Today's Adventure: Legit Tantanmen Ramen at Erra's. ☺ I'd say it's a must try! The serving was big enough and the best part is it only costs 80PHP per bowl~ 🍜 Definitely a pocket of sunshine along the busy street of Adriatico. ☺❤👍 (at Erra's Ramen)
