An easy to moderate segment of the Pacific Crest Trail to the Hyatt Lake Lookout and resupplying water at a hand pump at Wildcat campground.
Once again, it's summer road trip season - but since we moved, we're traveling back to some old stomping grounds! Creature and I stop for one night and a short hike in the Charles C. Deam Wilderness in between cities. It's always good to recharge from the road with a little bit of woods time… and to revisit old places you've loved.
