Helping Hand

After making contact with the target and receiving their permission, the user creates a floating hand that will assist in awaking the target’s super powers. The hand will stimulate the target’s power until it awakens. Once awoken, it will assist the target in controlling it’s powers through coaching and actual suppression/manipulation. It also offers coaching on how to use & develop the target’s powers to the best of the user’s ability. Once the target has sufficient control, the hand disappears.

The user inscribes their personal sigil onto any non-living surface. Upon later activation of this ability, this user will be teleported over their sigil, destroying it in the process. Only one sigil may be active at a time, and the first one cannot be removed until the user is teleported over to it. Only the user and their belongings may be teleported. The user may only invoke this ability when they have no intention of fighting for the duration of an encounter. If the user desired conflict at all, the ability will not activate.
